Shipping and Returns



We ship all orders within the continental United States at a flat rate of $10 for USPS Priority Mail. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $15 on all orders. Orders generally ship within 2 business days of the time that the order was placed, then shipping time will vary between one and three business days, depending upon your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Address Disclaimer:

It is the customer’s responsibility to give us an accurate and usable shipping address. We do not ship to post office boxes. If you realize you made an error on the address after your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately, so that we can make every effort to correct the address prior to shipping.

We want all of our customers to be happy with the purchase of our products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Thread Honcho product that you purchased from, we will gladly take it back for a refund (less the original shipping cost), provided that the return is made and postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date and the product is in new unused condition with its original packaging and tags. Returns are not accepted beyond 14 days from the purchase date.

Any Thread Honcho product purchased from any other online or brick and mortar store must be returned to where it was originally purchased, subject to each retailers own return policies.

All returns must have a return authorization number issued by Thread Honcho. Please contact us at with details of your return and we will respond promptly with return instructions. We reserve the right to refuse any package that is not accompanied by a return authorization number.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we highly encourage you to ship via a traceable method and insure your package for the full value. We require a delivery confirmation for refunds to be issued. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during the return shipping process.

All sale items are a final sale.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued. If paying by credit card, the refund will be applied to that card. If paying by PayPal, the refund will go back into your PayPal account.

Thread Honcho offers a 60-day limited warranty on products purchased from Under this warranty, if any of our products are defective in the workmanship, under normal use conditions, within 60 days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with the same or comparable item. If the item has been discontinued, we will issue you a credit good toward the purchase of any item from our website. If the item is out of stock, it will be replaced as soon as the item is back in inventory. This warranty does not cover damages arising from accidents or misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Thread Honcho.

Variations in leather coloration, tone, texture are not considered defects. Our products are hand made out of natural canvas and leather and with those natural materials come variations. These variations are what gives each piece its unique character – no two pieces will be exactly alike.
